Why does Lewis insist on doing interviews with that water bottle and a towel around his neck? I know drivers have it tough out there... but Jenson and Sebastian have no problems talking to the press. Is it just nerves? I don't remember Lewis doing that last season.

Anyway, congrats to Jenson... finally showing us what he can do under pressure.

Well Jenson as finally shown that he can compete with Lewis.........at least in the water bottle stakes......although I do think he should get himself a straw and towelCool

I'm getting really bored with all the politics and thought it would be nice to revive an old forum favouriteBig Smile

You had to do it didn't you!

Sorry coops.....my little pet got out of his cage and wanted to play........he's locked up safely now

"Although I never thought I'd hear myself saying this.......I would rather have James Allen at this given moment than Leggie because from where Im sitting, he has an intellect rivalled only by garden tools."

lol  - 'an intellect rivalled only by garden tools'  -  nice one, kimi'sgirl.

    Feelin' good here......    Cheers everyone

yep now that Buttons been knocked off the podium he want's a part of the waterbottle chic

Well I say get back on the podium Jenson and stick to the champers . I mean how arrogant is this man to think he can just climb off the podium and try and join the waterbottle club just like that

It took Hamilton at least two poor races this season before the towel and waterbottle where considered rude and offensive .

don't forget that we only see whatever is shown on tv, we don't get to see them at other times so it is not right to conclude that jenson has only started to drink out of the bottle because he was off the podium. he has always drunk out of the bottle. hamilton has also always drunk out of the bottle even in gp2 so they will go on doing it. even if the tv camera happens to interrupt them for an interview.

Hmmm, and there's me thinking that drivers only drink when on TV. I was getting a bit worried about Vettel and Kubica. So maybe it is true, and F1 drivers are only human after all? But then again, you never know what's in the bottles, it could well be engine oil - but I bet Raikkonen has battery acid...

Oh you posted this again in another thread. Well, it still is not a sentence, and still does not make sense. So what about your vocabulary?

Perhaps a little more punctuation rather than the seemingly randomly thrown in comma. Put the thesaurus away and write it as you'd say it.

Re: Lewis Hamilton and the bottle....

I think aveli was under the impression that someone had been deleting posts, rather than coming up with sensible responses.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but aren't the mods the only ones with that facility?

Once listed, a post is only subsequently deleted or altered if someone reports it as being offensive, or in some other way in breach of forum rules.
