to get smileys and alter the font and colour

First go to control panel near the top of the screen, then on the left there is edit options, click that then scroll down to enhanced interface, right at the bottom and click on it to reset. (says something like wiziwig) good luck hun

I started a whole thread with instructions but it appears to have been left way behind

I did one for lolly cos she was having trouble, but she doesnt seem to have come back

I know it's hard when things change, but it only takes a day or two to get used to the new layout. Is lolly on lifeas or loosechat?
The best thing about those sort of boards is that you can get peoples contact details so that if anything happens like this, you can still get in touch in some way.
