There are a lot of actors out of work... not just Ben Freeman. If Emmerdale take him back, there will be uproar. I remember the case of John Leslie who was also acquitted, but he wasnt welcomed back to ITV

I have every sympathy for the complainant as I'm sure that holiday became the holiday from hell. I'd be very surprised if she ever goes back to Barbados. If I was her, nothing would ever get me back there!

Going on trial is meant to either convict or clear your name. Ben has been cleared....give him a break and let him get on with his life. If he does come back to Emmerdale and people don't like it, all I can suggest is they change channel

Herby, Unfortunately A Not Guilty Verdict Does Not Always " Clear" A Defendants Name Especially In A " Celebrity " Trial,The Stigma Sticks For A Long Time, Ben Mentioned Yesterday Where People "Crossed" The Street To Avoid Him, He May Just Find That Will Continue For Awhile Yet. The Bajan's Are Already Talking About A " Bias " At His Trial, Different " Rules " For High Profile Defendants Over Not So Fortunate Bajan People Who Find Themselves In Front Of The Magistrate . Yes I Agree, Give Him A Break & Let Him Get On With His Life, Does That Include Going Back To Emmerdale ? Can I.T.V. Afford To Take The Chance, If As You Suggest That Viewers Change The Channel If They Dont Like It Then I.T.V. May Loose A Good Chunk Of Their " Share " Also Advertiser's May Decide To Pull Their Ad,s If They Are Not Comfortable With Ben In A Programme They Sponser? Who Knows, It All Comes Down To  I.T.V.
