I wouldn't dream of coming on here when my wife was in the house, but then we've only been married 11 months to the day!  So when I post in the evenings its because she's away from home with her work and I'm lonely.

Anyway, I'm a bit of a Romantic and like nothing better than snuggling up with her on the couch watching a Chick Flick.  Well, maybe I can think of something better!

I'm a multi-tasker; when I'm out working I'm too busy to do anything but, however when I'm not out working, I'm at home working and/or furiously chasing down more work...  I could probably get lots more done without coming here so often, but it's fun I guess.

Oh and no girlfriend, so that leaves me free of distraction when I'm at home...  Although I'd be happy to have the distraction

Please, please i need tip's on how to either get the other half distracted or to just understand just how important it is to talk about these things......

I see the same names night after night....is this just an indication that you are either single, at that point in your relationship were you dont have to hug or kiss or even hold hands anymore or have great understanding partners..?

Even in the day i see the same names.....do you not have jobs or can you get away with it at work ?

Any help would be greatley appriciated....just to let you know i have had to sit through a chick flick tonight as a form of negotiation for some ''evening time''....

Most nights i get my son to run to the front of the house and ring the door bell, i then ask the missus to get the door please ( i have to say please or she wont go she would just say............ " MAGIC WORD ??? ..........and i would say " PLEEEEEEEEEASE ............") then she would go and open the door and i would then run up and push her out of the door and quickly lock it...............and hey presto i can sit on the pc all night if i want ...( well not LITERALLY sit on the pc but sit in front of the pc )

This works every night never failed yet...........................lol ................... only trouble with this routine is my son cant get on the dam forum then so he loses out really ..................What a kerfuffle i have when i open the door at the end of the night.........lol

Regularly watching races, following the sport enough to have a conversation about it etc.

I have friends (guys and girls) who say "wow ain't Lewis Hamilton great?", but that's as far as their interest goes...  Knowhatimean?

i totally know what you mean and its kinda role reversal for me and my fella. i watch free practice, all of quali and all of the race, come on here and other websites for news updates and not just for one particular team but my other half is happy just watching the race, no build up or anything so i can't have a conversation with him about f1. instead i talk to his mate from uni which has resulted in questions of an affair!

Is your missus a Goldfish ?? You may laugh but my missus wouldnt fall for that one every night...she would go ''Ahhhhhhh i know your game Mr'' and tell me to open it myself plus my lad is only 1 years old in 6 days time so he cant reach the door bell or the knocker for that matter so i'm stumped...
