    Re: Rabbit Run 2009

Hi Andy i'll check it out with gary the camera man, should be ok though. the problem is that when film is transfered to DVD it is often compressed to the point that it compromises quality, this would be fine for the DVD but the broadcast boy may not be happy when it goes on the tele.

On the Subject of TV coverage i think the first airing of the Rabbit Run 2008 film is Wednesday 29th at 8pm but will confirm.

Teams not sorted yet and not a bad play mate with the dodgy camera location. Team 1 was pretty easy to sort out as many of my 2008 cars are returning (how many did you get back Jon he he) and we thought for the guys that were returning to put them back into their 2008 team (unfinished business and all that)

Ill just bring an external HDD for him to pull from, or if he has an SD reader even better.

As for the teams, I aint fussed what team I'm in, I'm just over the moon to be given the chance of taking part, and I seriously wouldn't do that with the DVD, competition aside getting points or fined just aint funny Angry

    Hi Andy

Great to have you on this years run

Also, Good to see you up on the forum and starting the inter team abuse, that will soon follow.

All You need to remember about the team format, is that team 1 will stick together (which is lovely and all that) and Team 3 the winners, will get there more by luck than judgement, especially as team 3 leader doesn't actually know where we are going.

Obviously Team 2 (my team) are a very safe bet for the 09 title.

Can't waite to see your ML on the nordschleif.

     Jon

So, bearing in mind Craigs comments on me being in team 3.....better than luck judgement seems good. Worked for them last year from what I saw.....you'll just never catch me wearing pink Angry, as an ex-squaddie it just isn't allowed!

    AM Team,

Sorry to hear you are without a car, as for ideas, Get a new one, then you can join in the 09 fun!

What about a TVR, good performance for the money!

Have you got your eye on anything ?

As a team 3 member you know you will have a great time, even if you end up seeing more of europe than us.

    Speak soon

    Hi Adam

Good to see you on here, i am sure you will think of something but you better hurry up as we now only have 1 ticket left !!!

Nigel with the M5 is a newbie, as is his business partner Paul in the SL65 AMG, welcome on board boys. Nigal from last year unfortunately could not make this years trip, he has sold his 430 and got a new RS6 which is very nice.
