I would, because they do seem to love each other deep down. Perhaps not the same type of love shared by people such as Ashley and Laurel, but a more firey, passionate version. I would love to see them stay together as their chemistry on-screen is brilliant. The only downside is that this more explosive version of love is more finite than the slow-burning passions of other couples, so I can see them getting bored of each other and splitting up again in perhaps a year or two if they were allowed to let the relationship bloom.
Although, the great love stories never had entirely happy endings or sappy characters (Romeo & Juliet, Wuthering Heights, Pride & Predjudice), so you never know. Let's not forget that the main reason Tom King is dead is because Carl found out that he paid Chas to break up/stay away from him, and he got angry...

For my twopennoth she may as well go back to him, because if Paddy considers taking her back then he wants his bumps felt. She was never in a million years gonna be faithful to him, or keep away from Carl.
