Well I hope the fourth run will be a success for you but I still feel a bit left in the cold - I have loved the series supported it till they killed my favourite chatacter Capt. Ryan --- my request to have him back were ignored --- and I was not alone!

Perhaps now they know how it feels to be 'dumped' and 'safed' they may somehow consider to bring back Capt. Ryan? Well if not there are still other things to watch on TV!

I know exactly how you feel, being a hugely obsessive Nick fan - but at least I got two series and a couple of episodes before my favourite character was killed off!  I'm sure all the Stephen fans also know how you feel!

I thought Ryan was a great character, and sorely missed in S2 - I think that a lot of people missed him, and that's probably why Becker was brought in in S3. Would have been nice to have Becker and Ryan working side by side, wouldn't it? Bring back Ryan (and Nick, and Stephen) I say! 

Rumours say Stephen is coming back, but i dont see how they could work it in. It shocked me when Ryan was killed off, because it seemed a bit pointless at the time. But it was probably so that Cutter was the only one that remembered the other timeline.

Interesting point about Ryan - hadn't thought about the timeline idea, but it makes sense as there was no other good reason for killing off such a good and popular character! He was great at watching the team's back, and was becoming a good foil for Nick and I really didn't understand the decision to axe him at the time....

Yay! I'm so glad my favorite show is back! Now they just have to bring Capt. Ryan back and I will be totally happy (and don't tell me he is dead and it's not posible, this is sci-fi!)

Douglas Henshall quit, i think. But if Ryan had lived, then Nick wouldnt have been the only one to remember, and it would have been different and less comnvincing, because it would have made the others believe him more.
