I am a newbie, and I am Heather, mother of 7 grandmother to 23, and great granny to 3, and I am 66yrs old.

I have  emailed this morning, to-day, asking if they would consider having the brilliant PJ PROBY on as a guest, I was wondering if there were anymore PJ fans reading this, who wouild like this to happen.  If you are too young to know him, check him out on YOU TUBE, singing Maria, Somewhere, What,s wrong with my world etc, and you will see what you are missing.

Did anybody watch the feature this morning about Damion and Charlotte Hall and their plight to adopt? IThey seem like a really lovel couple and I hope that the council get them on the adoption list as soon as possible!

only trouble is that they didnt mention what diet they are on to have such great results - I thinks he said he's lost about 25lbs. I am always looking for diets that work and i have yet to find the perfect one for me :  however I've been doing some googling (as you do!) and there are things that point to a compnay called sureslim that do eating plans and I think something to do with blood tests etc??

Has anyone heard of this sure slim, or used it? Would be great to hear about other people that have been in the same boat as this couple.

Yes it is sure slim that we are doing and i would highly recommend it, it is hard at first but when you get used to it it is great, we are at the leeds north clinic but have a look at the web. If you want to loose weight healthly then give it a go

I am getting uber tiered of this whole Fern Britton/Philip Schofield situation

She's been pretty unproffessional - From being sent home "sick" and making him go on alone and now it seems they can't even be on screen together at all

Plus her pulling out of the TV Awards and they don't know whether or not they should replace her

She needs to be getting a grip and do her job

We don't all get along with who we work with, but we still go to work and remain professional

I always liked Fern, but I'm not so sure I'm a fan of this side of her!!!
