everyone is well aware of your situation and the need for you to rest
and get well - Joanna as much as anyone - so don't feel the need to
post when you're not up to it.
If
anything, I'm the guilty one for not responding when I came on very
late last night - but from what I know of Joanna's easy going manner
and ready sense of humour, I doubt she's likely to give it a second
thought.
The
above response to your letters refers to the fact that the Williams'
sisters both won their respective semi-final matches at Wimbledon today and so meet
each other in the final on Saturday.
Interesting
interview
with their father beforehand who said he has no intention of
watching his daughters play each other and instead will fly back home
to the States and mow the lawn whilst his daughters contest the final.
It seems he doesn't feel comfortable watching them slugging it out.
I realise you may not be a great tennis fan, Sheena, so forgive me if this is of little interest.
On
a different note - don't worry about me rushing off on holiday before
Hilary and Anne get back. It takes me an age to get from the planning
stage to actual departure, so there'll be plenty of warning before I
go.
You're
clearly having to cope with a lot at the moment, Sheena - I hope you
start to feel better very soon. In the meantime, as I keep telling you,
post only when you're able to do so.
