    Re: Hamilton arrogance again!

fact...... the front runners are the best, the cream of the crop, thats the reason their able to fight for victory. i`v said before every  f1 driver has a degree of tallent (all of them) but only few have raw talent, so yes, most drivers on the grid just make up the the numbers, its a fact people weather you like lewis or not the front runners are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree every driver has a certain degree of talent, but that doesnt really reflect on field order. For example, put Fisichella in a renault and hes near the front, put him in  a Force India hes behind the middle pack ( hopefully not for long ); Put Alonso in a Renault that car has gone backwards and he has gone back to the mid pack. Not rocket science.

The reason Fisi is where he is is because he is not top rank, the reason Alonso is where he is, is because he had no choice. The very best drivers tend to attract the top teams, it's not a case of "this driver could win in a Ferrari" or "that driver could win in a McLaren" the fact is drivers usually end up where they are because they are highly regarded and the team bosses think that they would be beneficial to the team.

I think this is ridiculous. On what level is his comments arrogant. Yes he is confident, but there is no harm in being confident. I think peolpe who do not like him are picking at ever little thing he does. May be all F1 drivers should not comment on anything!?! A driver has to have self belief and confidence, which in turn helps and motivates the whole team. Sports psychology !! This debate is totally rubbish and unnecessary. it is for petty minds.

dear oh dear why are the people in this country so damning of anybody successful. its the only place in the world where acheivement and talent are shuned.the guy that posted this obviously did not actually see the interview or wasnt listening he was actually prasing the people behind him as the context of the interview was about him being on the third row and in the traffic at the first corner. he said the drivers around him that actually means in front and behind. i jus think petty little envious people just look for any excuse to downtrod young successful people in this country. so come on just lay off the guy he has obviously the right atributes to become one of the best drivers in the world if the sad little critics just leave him alone.

Yep, I am the OP & I did see the whole interview, & what he was implying was that he was "up with the professional drivers, I dont have a problem with LH, I was only commenting on the interview, which suggested he may of meant that all the other 17 drivers behind him weren't professional.

Yes it could have, only if you wanted to take what he said out of context, only if you wanted to over analyse and screw everything he says UP, only if you wanted to take what every comment he makes and find another meaning to it....clearly that is what you have done! Its called 2+2 in hamilton case= negative 1 million!

If someone else like kimi, alonso, massa, heikki or kubica was asked the same question hamilton was, and gave the same response, we would be commending them on respecting all the drivers around them!

I think it is very arrogant to say Rubens is humiliated because he is driving a Honda, Does that mean Ross one of the most succesfull achievers in the sport behind the cars is humiliated by being at Honda. What about the drivers and teams not yet on the pace with Honda do they find being in F1 a humiliating experience.

Get a grip with your own obsession, poor Lewis can't even deploy his tear duct washers in selective non-syncronised mode without you jumping on his back.

Arrogance is claiming you bring 0.5 seconds to the team only have been exposed as trying your damdest to find those gains from insider knowledge from another team. Arrogance is saying you could deliver the team the WCC if only they slowed at least one other driver a bit, ironically the one who apparently is 0.5 secs less well equipped.

Oh and by the way, next time Lewis winks to the telly, you know he is winking just at you.

    Wink

Well said. Some people are very sensative to thing Hamilton says aren't they? I wonder if they are straight talking and elaborate in their work place?

    Re: Hamilton arrogance again!!

Funny enough, I agree with your first paragraph regarding this particular statement. However, a valid point in reply to your second paragraph is that the other drivers hardly make statements that leave room for such misinterpretations. From Hamilton they seem to come every weekend.

    Re: Hamilton arrogance again!!

You are probably right, why participate? Just staying an opinion on the debate. Please carry on with LH bashing. Whatever tickles your fancy!

However if it was not for LH, F1 would not be as entertaining !
