People have been asking about Cutter, and although i liked him more than Danny, i think Danny has a better personality. Cutter was quiet, but always had the kind of authority you expected from a team leader and he inspired the others, and was a sort-of father figure to Connor, and even Abby a little.
Becker, although at the beginging of the series didnt really 'fit' has grown on me, i think hes starting to realise now, that it isnt all about the job in hand as the experiances the team have together.
Sarah, was accepted from the start i felt, and she was more on the reasearch side until episode five. I dont think we saw Sarah in episode four at all. But she built up the corage to face things head on and now she slotted i9nto the team perfectly.
Id have Jenny back, but not Claudia because i thought Jenny had alot more character. You got the feelingt she loved her job and the people she worked with and i think thats important, she wasnt just the P.R person, she was like a second leader.
Connor and Abby, are (apart from Lester) now the only OC left on the show and although they are getting married off the screen bring a sense of chemistry to the roles and thats hard to do even if ytour with the person. Connor, ios not the geek he used to be hesd more respected in the team and although he builds the ADD and ALD, and handheld ADD, he participates in the team. Abby has a side that she shows quite regulary which basically is to care for every creature whether its trying to eat her or not, she brings the sentimental side of the team and connects them to their jobs on a new level.
And Lester. What would we do without his authority and equally entertaining sarcasm? He tells them to do something, yet (in situations like Cutters death) you do get the feeling he cares for them. He doesnt say it, but secretly hes proud. 
I think all the characters are special in their own way, and bring things to the show :)
