    Hi David,

You are so right about Trayc, who is just one of the many unfortunates  to exit earlier than many people expected. Personally, I think what a lot of the viewers forget, is that the X Factor is first and foremost a gamble. And like most games of chance, the best player does not always win. In fact, the only guaranteed winner is Simon Cowell.

The most recent of events has seen a young girl, who, in my opinion was worthy of going through to the next round. Her exit was nothing short of a travesty of justice.!!

Being the sceptic I am, I also very much doubt the genuity of the voting results.

The qualifying rounds can be both 'most enjoyable' and 'most annoying'. (The Brummie Guy, will always be my favourite 'most enjoyable') Smile With the 'most annoying' to many to mention.

DAVID....I HEAR THAT THE TWINS ARE DOING 'GHOSTBUSTERS' ON SATURDAY COMPLETE WITH BOILER SUITS SO THAT SHOULD BE INTERESTING.....ANOTHER 'JEDWARD' FASHION ITEM TO ADD TO YOUR RED AND LIME GREEN SUITS.  Wink

    Hi, Anne!

When they sing the line 'Who you gonna call?' it'll be interesting to see if the audience all shout back in unsion 'Not you two, that's for sure!' Smile

And maybe the boiler suits are not so much for authenticity but to guard against the tomatoes and eggs that must be due to start flying their way very soon. Because it's looking like that's the only thing that's going to get these two off the stage and out of the competition! Smile

But I think we can expect yet another distracting but entertaining choreographic job to take our minds off the fact that there's no way these two are going to come close to touching the excellent Ray Parker Junior version.

    Hi Hilary,

Your 5 letters caused me to stutter.! As I was trying to make them into words, ppp kept on  repeating.! And even when I had sent my post, they would not go away.! It was then that I realised what I had meant to say, was, THEY INSIST !  PERPETUAL PERSISTANCE PREVAILS.!

My 5 letters  PLEAS   was both both a PLEA and a PLEASE ! to you not to repeat Ps.!

    Hi, Wardy!

I assume you're talking about Rachel Adedeji and yes, you're right. The young Welsh boy, Lloyd Daniels, is a great young lad and all credit to him for handling such a pressure cooker situation at just 16 years old.

But he has been on shaky ground from the start - not helped, I have to say, by the dreadful song choices given him by Cheryl Cole and of course the throat infection didn't help him last weekend, either.

But, having said that, none of this is sufficient excuse for sending the better singer home last Sunday which, as you rightly say, was Rachel. And the shame of it is that, although she didn't look like she was ever going to win, I think we didn't see the best of her and I'm sure she felt that, too.

    Apple Sauce the piglet

I just thought I'd share these heart-warming pictures of a Belgian Blue piglet that was rejected as the runt of a litter of 13 by it's mother - but was adopted by a nursing Rottweiler in the Welsh town of Llanfyllin.

At 3 weeks old the piglet, named Apple Sauce, is a week older than it's 8 siblings and its owner, Heidi Rhiann, says she wrapped the starving piglet in a blanket the pups had been sleeping on to transfer their sent and then simply left her with the pups' mother - and when she returned an hour later the piglet was suckling along with the rest of the brood.

Animal lover Heidi Rhiann with piglet and Rottweiler

Rhiann says this is one piglet that won't be going to market as she intends to keep it as a pet.
