    Re: Rabbit Run 2008

Craig sounds good to me,,, lol…Wink

Hey is there any one in the other teams?...what about Jon & Gary haven’t they got any say?....Zip it!

Sounds like front brakes are going to take a bit of a hammering round those bends? Confused

But don’t forget guys you can drive for show but you guna have to be cool to win that Doe!... Or bunniesCool

Anyway…Porsche’s are quite obviously the far superior all round car for an event like this, quick on the straight and slick through the corners, Ferdinand knew what he was doing,,, This should stir it up a bitLightning…Bring it on…lol

Oy Tony, do you want to put your plastic pig in my boot as a backup vehicle?...Sorry no more quips… beer is needed.Beer

And lastly anyone need some timber?...my back gardens full of it!,,, ideal for building bird houses,,, a bit wet though when you cut it and slightly salty to taste…..Idea

    Re: Rabbit Run 2008

    Hi Howard

Yes, we are just waiting for the the last entrants to send in the necessary, then we'll pick the teams making sure that there is a fair mixture of man and machine in each.

With regards to the Porsche being the ultimate machine, we'll have to waite and see.  Yes yours has the advantage of the boot space.  Be careful, as Blake doesn't like the bends too much and he could be in front of you.

Pete, there will be some motorways, however the b roads should more than make up for it.

Anyone see the Top gear repeat last night with the Lambo, GT and that Aston AMV8 (race spec) Can't wait to see the train of cars (in the mirrors of course) winding through that scenery, superb.

Dave (Tony) you'll need some new bodywork to keep that thing stable.

    Re: Rabbit Run 2008

    I was thinking.......................................

instead of team car manufactures, would it work by car colors?

    Blacks and silvers

    Blues and reds

Greens and (can't think Hmm )

Guess my thinking has something to do with color too........... bit too much RED wine Confused

Good to see the RR forum has come to life, been away for a couple of weeks.

PS. This year I'll be taking drink orders before each stage, this way i can get them in for when the other two teams turn up later. Saves you late people queuing at the bar Stick out tongue

Also, found a picture of Tony's new beast.
