Does anyone know how to obtain an application form for the above new ITV 1 singing show which I have seen advertised on the Stars in my Eyes website- applications apparently close on 30th April 2008 ?

You have to send an email to sing@itv.com to obtain an application form thats what it says on the stage jobs and audition board. Hope this helps! It also says this which may be of interest to you
