Ok I admit...when this show was advertised I may have been a touch cynical but I have been pleasantly delighted at how good it actually was. The Duchess is definately going to be the one Royal people will vote to have drop round for a cuppa. What a warm, vibrant, lovely, down to earth lady, she may not be a Royal anymore but she has inadvertantly promoted the Royal family and shown that maybe, just maybe some of them can connect with the British public. The Duchess was also pretty understanding as to the pressures of modern living on so called sink estates and far from showing up Hull in a bad light she has shown that just because a family may be defined as poor, they can be rich in so many other ways and the Sargensons were in fact not a disgrace to Hull at all but an example of a family not only trying to get fit, but also determined to claw back some family values, so sadly lacking across the UK today.

Well done ITV and The Duchess who showed all the characteristics of a true people's princess x
