    Coronation Street

Can somebody please tell me something - Jack and Vera's grandson is called Paul.  But when Jack and Vera used to visit their grandson, as he was growing up, they used to go and see "Our Tommy".  Who is "Our Tommy", and where did Paul come from?

    Confused!

Two different mothers but don't ask me who - one was called Lisa, who, from what I can recall, was killed by a speeding motorist not sure who the other was though.

    Confused!

"Our Tommy" was the son of Lisa and Terry. I think that Lisa lived on the street with Des Barnes after Terry did a bunk on her while she was pregnant on her wedding day.She went on to have Tommy then when Tommy was about six months old  Lisa was killed on the street by a speeding car. Terry turned up and took a back hander from Lisa's Mum and Dad who lived in Blackpool for Tommy to be brought up by them. Jack and Vera were heartbroken but Lisa's Mum and Dad arranged for them to come and stay and see Tommy whenever they liked. That is why Vera wanted to Live in Blackpool just before she died, she loved the place and wanted to be close to Tommy. Paul was also Terrys son by another girl he had been seeing unknown to Jack and Vera. She turned up on the street to try and find Terry when Paul needed a kidney transplant. Terry did say he would do it but did a bunk from the hospital  leaving his son at deaths door. Vera stepped in and gave Paul one of her kidneys and it almost cost her, her life. Paul then went off with his Mum never to be seen again until he turned up to stay with his granmar and grandad.  I think I have this right if not, feel free to correct me.
