    John Stape's back!

There I was watching This Morning when imagine my surprise when Fearne announces that John Stape is coming back! I know he's still down on the characters section but I've been watching Corrie for the last 4 months just waiting! I love Graeme Hawley he's got a smile that makes his whole face light up!

John Stape is Fiz's ex-boyfriend...the one who had a fling with Rosie Webster and was assaulted by Kevin

    DUHH! Of course!!!!!

I wonder why that storyline didn't show the issue of shoolteacher/pupil relationship being wrong and I wonder why the Websters didn't make ore of a thing of it?

I just hope if he comes back its not to trample over Fizz again, speaking of Fizz who lives in the flat now? She moved out cos of Chesney and Maria moved in with Liam

It did, in a way. When Rosie decided to go back to school to do her A-Levels, she decided to go back to Weatherfield High rather than Oakhill because that was where John worked. He tried to break it off with her but she wouldn't let him. I think Kevin and Sally didn't make more of it because they were more concerned with John pressing charges against Kevin for assault. Naturally the school weren't pleased and I think he got a job at an all boys school elsewhere.

Spot on brownsugar. Everytime I see him, I go all goo-gaga! He was absolutely gorgeous when he appeared on This Morning last November and was gorgeous on doctors last week as well. Hopefully, he'll be offered a full contract because he's much better than the awful dreadful rosie 'cleavage' webster!! He's well shot of her and he'll be back with fiz, she still loves him but didn't forgive him..... there's hope. I hope the great and huge storyline will be worth it and possibly make him a permanent character.

Why on earth is Stapes being brought back?  Was he a popular character?  Along with the annoying Margi Clark character looks they are scraping the bottom of the barrell to me.  If they want to resurrect old characters that have left, for goodness sake bring back decent ones.

Apparently he's going to be working for Street Cars as a cabbie to try and win back Fizz...no really, it's true!

    Re: John Stape's back!

Once again I have to question who these scriptwriters are..first there is the gaff with regards Steve being asked to leave the pub etc which I have written about elsewhere and now they are writing a script placing all the blame on John with regards his fling with Rosie Webster!!

They were both in the wrong but presumably because John is the older person he has to take all the blame and again shows that the scriptwriters are rather biased on this point!!

According to the Daily Mail John Stape kidnaps Rosie and leaves her in an house he inherits from his grandma!

Fizz should ring the police the way Stapes is stalking her.
