I took a phone call just as Aldo was making Fettucini Alfredo, so I found it on the sight. The recipe is poorly written and doesn't make sense. Also , it doesn't even mention all the ingredients. What a disappointment! I can't even find a repeat of the programme. Can anyone help please?
