    CelebAir

I am never one to complain, but Tuesday night CelebAir has left me with such distaste that I fell that I should express my feeling. ITV new series of washed up so-call celebrities has painted a picture of contradiction. Under the current global economy, of over increase fuel prices and the issue of the UK carbon foot print, I was intrigue to find a television company coming up with the idea of a series of celebs flying other wash-up celeb back and forth for Gatwick Airport to some where in Spain. What a major hypocrisy. Why is ITV prepare to contribute to the demise of the plant in the name of charity, whilst the rest of us foot the bill at other end by ways of increasing airline prices? If they are that desperate to donate to a worthy cause, why not go back to the simple days of anonymous donations (which is true and genuine way for charitable actively). Also, can TV companies to stop treating their audience as docile view and start showing quality programmes.

Is there any one else who feels the same???

Monarch will operate the CelebAir flights - with or without the celebs operating them - they've not added any extra flights so they're not contributing to the over-used word "global warming!"Hmm   I actually enjoyed the first show, although as an airline employee, I would like to see more "realistic" scenarios like delayed flights and moaning passengers.  No one seems to complain about Formula 1 where the cars go round and round consuming fuel with no destination in mind - but to each his own.

So NO, I don't feel the same way as you do!

Basically, to see what they're like doing a "real" job like most of us! To see how the participants cope as airline staff, after having gone through rigorous training? If they can do the job? Observe their "people skills?"  How they react in a difficult situation? There's actually more to see on this show than BB (unless you get excited watching attention-seeking weird people swear, shout, argue, and undress)
