    hey on the old forum i posted a thing on yest and someone very kindly found a yeast free pizza. i was going to write it down. but i went to get it today and it was gone . if you were the person hu posted it please can u post it again and this time i will save it straight away thanx beth xxx

    A slightly different style of Pizza.......


    Crazy Crust Pizza Dough
    A quick and easy way to make your own pizza crust. Simply
    add the meat and vegetable toppings of your choice. Prep
    Time: approx. 10 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 35 Minutes.
    Ready in: approx. 45 Minutes. Makes 1 pizza crust (8
    servings).
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    125 g all-purpose flour
    6 g salt
    2 g dried oregano
    0.3 g black pepper
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    160 ml milk


    Directions
    1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly
    grease a rimmed pizza pan or baking sheet.
    2 In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt, oregano and
    black pepper. Mix in eggs and milk; stir well. Pour batter
    into prepared pan and tilt until evenly coated. Arrange
    toppings of choice on top of batter.
    3 Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until
    crust is set.
    4 Remove crust from oven. Drizzle on pizza sauce and
    sprinkle on cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
