SHANGHAI'D in Shanghai F1 Race prediction

Now the grid positions are completed, ready for the big race Sunday?

I'll bet that if Hamilton wins tomorrow and Massa fails to do better than 5th place, thus giving the

2008 world championship to LH,  the Stewards or F.I.A   will dream up some penalty to make

the final race in Brazil  to decide the world championship.

Any one want to take the bet????Wink

Going by the standard that has ben set by the stewards over the past few races, you aint gonna get a bet outta me.

Let's just hope they butt out for a change and we can have a clean race without any shenanigans!!

Given that in Fuji, the stewards made a decision which they cannot justify; even to date, it is a distinct possibility as they awarded Massa an extra point.

It would confirm the conspiracy theorists point of view, particularly the aspects of helping Ferrari in any was possible.

Would any efforts to help Ferrari and other teams be more competitive make for better racing ?

When Michael Schumacher reigned supreme over F1 many people complained that it had become boring.

Next thing you know regulations are brought in that significantly hampered MS's efforts.....

Don't know if you are at all a fan of boxing, but to draw a very similar parallel, Mike Tyson utterly dominated his sport at the highest level, and when no-one seemed able to beat him (Lennox Lewis admitted - after he retired - keeping well away from him 'cos he knew he had no chance against him) the public, in particular the very rich and influential crowd at ringside at Madison Square Gardens, complained bitterly 'cos Tyson took out his opponent in 91 seconds, and the crowd didn't feel they got their money's worth.....!

No manager would put their boxer up against him, so Tyson's trainer told Tyson to take it easy, take your time, and try to do a little boxing before you destroy your next opponent. He went to Tokyo seriously hampered by - for him - an unusable tactic, and got floored by a podgy blowhard in the first few rounds.

That brought about the end of a legend, an era of absolute domination.

Money talks - power is everything.
