I need help......on this weeks Katie and Peter as Katie was getting ready for the ITV2 advert filming there was some music playing in the background. This I know was in the charts around 2 months ago and the video for it involved some country line dancing, It has a sort of mexican tune to it...can anyone help?

there was a song playing on katie and peter on 30th october when katie was walking up to peter when they were about to renew their vows ...  called something like' love breaks your heart' ?? any ideas who it's by?? sung by a woman.
