for my 40th birthday i was appearing in court .because gmac my caring mortgage company have increased  my payments from 5.4% to 8.9% a increase of £300 per mouth. the judge was as shocked aswe arebut couldnt help so me my husband and two children will be homeless for christmas so glad we have worked all our adult lives whats the point.......
