There's a brand new 'crack team of specialists' looking for here so.....but for all that money and extertise, no-one has a clue where she is.
I don't begrudge the McCanns for wanting to get the best available help to find their daughter but do they really have to tell the world about it?? Just look for the girl, then rejoice to the press if she's found.
A few papers carried the latest story. The entire case is just a public relations exercise for so many people.
So many, many people are at fault for what has happened to Maddie:
First and foremost is the scumbag(s) who took her if indeed that is what happened. Then her parents should shoulder some of the responsibility for their actions before and after their daughter disappeared...although much of the speculation and insults that have been directed at them has been grossly unfair. Then there's the Portuguese police. I don't buy everything I read in our generally xenophobic press but there is no doubt the PJ let themselves down and let Maddie down with their handling of the case. If that lot isn't bad enough, then you also have to consider all the people who have claimed they saw Maddie at various places around the world but decided not to do anything about it at the time!!!! Many of the 'sightings' seemed to tie in conveniently with other related stories so I smell a fish there but some of the sightings may have been genuine or simply a case of mistaken identity as there are plenty of young girls of Maddie's age who look similar.
