Its sad to see they can't work things out. But I'm afraid her problem is not her marrage but what happened to her is when she was assaulted when she was younger. She mentioned it to Piers Morgan on his show and I think it still troubles her to this day. I'm sure that is why she has to do these things to block out the memory.  Peter I'm sure has tried to help but can't do anymore.
