it's to be hoped that now ben freeman has been found not guilty you will do the right thing by him and re-instate him in the windsor household which is rapidly disappearing ,to not re-instate him would be like punishing him for something that he hasn't done ,besides which debbie dingle is in dire need of a new sparring partner!

I'd like to see Debbie Dingle with Scott Windsor rather than grubby unwashed Eli. (not that she is with Eli at the moment)  If Scott comes back hope he and Debbie become an item and run the business together. Please writers, make him a more likeable character this time.  It would be SO nice to have a goodlooking, hardworking young couple supporting each other. Debbie need some good luck and I'm SICK of all the lying, cheating, whingeing , backstabbing characters.  How about a bit of FEELGOOD. 

What a ruthless business couple they would make, without the nastiness of Nicola, just a money orientated pair who could even eventually end up at Home Farm with Sarah.

Your First Paragraph, Are You " Talking " About The Forum Entry's On This Discussion ?  If You Are You Should Have "  Let Your Fingers Do The Walking " & You Would Have Found Over 50 Entries On The Subject. You Would Have Found Both Pro & Con Points Of View.

Second Paragraph, The Young Lady In Question Is A Minor & Not Required, By Law, To Be Identified. You Obviously Feel That She Needs To Be " Named & Shamed " Am I Right In That Assumtion ?  The Charge Against Ben Freeman Was Brought Forward By " The Queen " Represented By The Bajan Crown Prosecutors Service, It Was The C.P.S. That Felt A Complaint Needed To Be Dealt With & Proceeded With A Trial Against Ben, A Jury Listened To The Evidence & Based On That Found Ben,s Truth Enough To Acquit. Is He Innocent, Read The Board,s, As Stated Their Are Pro's &  Con's.

Yeah Scott is fantastic, Emmerdale needs him, so bring him back!!! He is still on Emmerdale here in Sweden so its going to be horrible when he isn't.

I read that Ben Freeman and his Agent had a meeting with the Emmerdale Powers that Be and Ben left the meeting smiling happily.

i agree with some of the commenters. We should have Ben Freeman back as scott windsor. I remember him when he used to be in Grange Hill a few years ago too.

The writers and Anita Turner obviously consider that boring. Hence why so many characters  have been trampled on and written so out of character its disgusting.

 I agree with you. I am sick of all the affairs, lying and backstabbing and other low morality that Emmerdale is almost like a modern day Sodom and Gamarra and should be burnt to the ground. 

Scott Windsor is not needed IMO. Aaron seems to have taken his place as the Village Thug.

As far as I am aware the girl has never said it didnt happen he was only found not guilty, that doesnt mean it didnt happen just that it wasnt proven.  There is a huge difference there.  Maybe you need to think before you jump in as it would be a different story if it happened to you and resulted in a not guilty verdict with everyone then saying you cried rape
