    Story Lines

Oh for a decent story line, many characters looked tired and the scripts leave so much to be desired. The actors look as if they are just going through the motions, and dare I say it some of the acting is third rate. If Lizzie is blind then I am the Pope, and she is not alone. The show needs a major overhaul, new solid characters and new story lines. I think I might start writing some myself.

Then go watch another show. Seven million people tuned in the other night... so it must be doing something right.

This has been noted on many different threads, but I'll note it again.  The actor who plays Lizzie is BLIND IN REAL LIFE.

Several good storylines running at the moment IMO, it's really getting back into it's stride after a rather dismal time. Really enjoying it at the moment - even my hubby watched it twice last week and he hates soaps Surprise

"Lizzie" is definately blind in real life!  I worked with her for a while before she was blind and i have seen her since! She is a lovely lady who has had a unfortunate illness which caused the blindness.

Quite agree. I'm really enjoying the Cain/Faye/Ryan scenes, the Bartons, the Lamb/Wylde storyline, Chas/Carl/Paddy.
