Ronni was kicked out because of those sad voters who think the cute but terrible twins should stay! Although they can sing a bit, our Irish boys are definitely not in the same league as Ronni. It was utterly shocking to see him go last night. On top of that he would have been great at the big band stuff due for next week. What are these people thinking?!!!

Rikki Loney was not your run-of-the-mill singer, he was quirky and had a voice that would lend itself well to the kind of music that more discerning audiences listen to, comparable with Will Young, or David Gray.

As I have stated before the twins CANNOT SING, and if the show is purely based on entertainment rather than talent then why not wheel in the gurning spoon players, and tattooed fire eaters.

Perhaps there should be a statement made at the beginning of the next show spelling out the difference between 'talent' shows and 'entertainment' shows, impressing upon the voting public that whilst they might see the X factor as just a bit of a laugh, the contestants are building their future hopes upon the outcome.

Also it is hardly fair upon John and Edward to let them continue to believe that they have real talent, and the higher their hopes get, the harder they'll fall.

I saw many contestants knocked out at earlier stages, before the live shows, who had more talent in their little fingers.

Perhaps the boys are just being kept in for 'controversys' sake, to keep the argument bubbling between the judges, but again this is hardly fair on the twins.  

Thanks for correcting my mistake on Rikki's name. Great guy, and as you say in the same genre as Will Young and David Gray. I fear we will see another travesty next week. I also agree with you about those hopefuls who didn't make it to the final 12.
