Denise thought booing was to be encouraged rather than bad manners

I was appalled at Denise today re her comments about booing & John & Edward of X Factor. Apart from her nasty comments about the twins, I was amazed that nobody said booing is just downright bad manners & 'not cricket' as the English say. I'm ashamed when people boo. Denise seemed to say it was OK & should be encouraged!

I wonder if she would still say and feel the same if it were her being booed? She is one of my least favorite LW because she is so full of herself. She gives me the impression that she has this must be obeyed attitude. I have noticed a few times now she tends not to wear her wedding ring a lot which I find is odd.

I didn't see this but I would have disagreed with her completely. I know John and Edward aren't brilliant but at the end of the day they are two young boys trying to live their dreams and do not deserve to be booed.

Flirty Kitty, that is exactly what Sherie Hewson said - the same as you. Denise just kept on that they were a pantomime act & booing was the only thing that kept them on!! She just wouldn't shut up about it & that booing was OK etc. As others say I wonder what she'd think if it was her on the receving end, and even more so if it was her son trying in a talent show at the age of 17/18.

Denise probably wouldn't hear if she was getting booed at as I imagine all she can and likes to hear is the sound of her own voice !  Yes wonder would it bother her if her son's band got booed when they go on stage.  I think he is around the same age as the twins.  It's such BAD MANNERS  to boo anyone who is trying to do their best so Denise's comments really say a lot about the type of person she is.   Angry

Ask Ricky Pontin if you think it isn't cricket, he got booed every time he came out to bat in the test series, and cheered every time he was out.  He rightly took it in the way it was meant which was good humoured, it is when it isn't good humoured that it is wrong.
