Congratulations to Kate Thornton - she is a guest presenter on 'This Morning' on Friday. Her co-presenter is Mr Peter Andre.

Thanks for that james....I might just tune in to see how they both get on.  Don't know what anyone else thinks but I have been watching a bit of Eamonn and Ruth this week and I am not impressed at how rude he seems towards Ruth at times.  I am talking mainly about when they were interviewing Katherine Jenkins yesterday.  He may think it's all a bit of 'fun' but if I was her I don't think I would be too impressed !!!!

I used to like Eamonn Holmes when he was on breakfast TV but now I can't stand him.  He is so nasty to Ruth and personally I don't know what she sees in him and the interview with Katherine Jenkins was awful.  She looked so embarrassed it was painful to watch. 

Hi Mary....yes I thought that Katherine looked very embarrased and didn't know what to say.  I think he has had a ' thing ' for Katherine Jenkins for a long time as I remember when he was on GMTV he admitted it.  Not that I suppose I can blame him as she is stunning. 

I agree. As a presenting couple, they just do not gel with me. Both of them are more interested in themselves than the guests. I think Ruth comes across as extremely snobby. I wish Kate and Peter good luck with their stint - I have a feeling they will be good together
