Whether last night's performance was a ploy or not ... it doesn't matter now ... Danyl is still in and I hope he comes out next week and blows the judges socks off ....

Absolutely - he needs to get back in there and fight.  Louis Walsh should be ashamed of himself with that comment about not having the likeability factor - he started the whole thing off, and Dannii and Cheryl jumped on the bandwagon - all discussed beforehand no doubt, in order to destroy Danyl's confidence.  Simon should have stepped in at that point and he didn't - he's become gutless.  What was that all about with Lloyd and Rachel?  Simon should have made a decision and sent Lloyd home.  Instead he didn't want to upset madam C.

Danyl should definitely have been in the bottom two after his dreadful performance last night.  As Louis said he just doesn't have the likeability factor......sometimes good looks and a reasonable singing voice just aren't enough.

It was the right decision to go to the public vote tonight and I don't know how anyone can argue otherwise, if the public wanted Rachel to stay in then she wouldn't have received the least amount of votes.  Otherwise whats the point of having a public vote.

Didn't you hear, X Factor is now a popularity contest. Those who entertain us more get more votes than those who can actually sing. I think it's time to ditch X Factor and stick with Britians got Tallent, or create a new show "I've got the popularity Factor"
