    X-Factor - who to lose (week 4)

one week i will guess this   Crying

good job to skatequeen and great job to brocherboy for last week, lets see you do it again !

i thought lloyd and rachel were the worst this week (wot no twins  Surprise  )  and given lloyd's level of teen girl support, i'm not feeling good about rachel's chances

     what does everyone else think?

    Huh?

as i said in the ther thread if there is any justice lloyd and the twins are in the bottom two. however given this has turned into a popularity contest not a singing competition both will probably survive and make us endure another week of both.

danyl was alot worse this week than last when he was in the bottom 2, i think him and rachel will end up there this week.

Given the public voting, the media witch-hunt with Danyl and the judges' egos out to win at all costs, the talented haven't much chance at winning anything!

The twins were consistently boring and useless as usual tonite.

Danyl seemed deflated and gave a lack-lustre performance.

Lloyd has a pretty face and can't sing.

    Rachel was off-key.

    Jamie was ok but disappointing.

Was this supposed to be Rock Night?  Didn't recognise any of it as such and I've been in the business for 25 years - if this is wot they can manage these days it's enuff to make you weep !

I'm just getting old and grumpy!!

It's anybody's guess who goes this week but I wouldn't mind seeing the back of Lucie, it's not that she can't sing .. she just bores me to tears ..... and of course if there is any justice the twins will be gone (but I think they won't)Sad

    rolling stone:

I'ver personally never tought much of any of his performances. The only time I liked him was his very first audition. He has a mediocre voice that he hides behind the backing tracks.

Re: X-Factor - who to lose (week 4)

    mixed feelings about tonight

lloyd undoubtedly deserved to go but simon bottled making the decision. how can he not send lloyd home when hes not had a good word to say about him in the whole of the first four weeks and there was no comparison between his and rachel's performance tonight. as soon as i heard cheryl say that he was feeling poorly i knew something like this was gonna happen. every week simon has said he was gonna base his vote on the performance in the sing-off then tonight he gives lloyd the benefit of the doubt because hes supposedly got a sore throat or something. tbh despite him not being well his singing tonight was probably as good as its been at any time so far.

feel a little sorry for rachel, she has got a decent voice but for some reason just wasn't wasn't popular. i did actually say two weeks ago that i thought if she ended up in the bottom two again she couldn't rely on simon to save her, even though i think he made a bad decision tonight it did have some logic, whats the point of saving someone who has been in the bottom two three weeks out of four.

yessss finally i get one right  Big Smile

nice ones xakk, brocherboy and lucky leprachaun

xakk i've gotta disagree with you about rachel though, she was pretty much out of tune occasionally every week,

only an average singer i think

mind you, stacey (most disappointing in the live shows after the auditions), john and edward, and lloyd aren't that good either
