    Alonso In Fragile State...

Alonso may be excited to go to Ferrari, but he has a lot of reality ahead of him...

His confidence has been destroyed by Hamilton and the fact he was never able to take his six tenth back from McLaren to Renault...

Alonso has been a bit of a laughing stock for a couple of years, and that has got to hurt...

Alonso must also realize that bar the tires, he was never in any geniune title fight with Schumacher... a FIA gift at best...

Now, if Massa beats Alonso at Ferrari, I can see Alonso melting into a pile of goo... he will go into total shock...

We may see Alonso get demotivated, just like Kimi before him... when you have given your best, and come up empty handed, it's soul destroying...

With a succession of failures, we may even see the end of another career...

I made a few changes in your post to demonstrate what utter meaningless rubbish you are writing. You can put any names in there. It is just meaningless bashing.

    Re: Alonso In Fragile State...

Do you know what I find funny? Everyone expecting trouble at ferrari.

If you go on the official website, an interview with montezemolo on siging alonso has him saying they need a team leader to build the team up, and he is the man.

Not to mention Alonso being asked the question about trouble at ferrari with Massa, and he has the biggest smile on his face whilst saying 'its more than just a driver, its the whole team'.

Now I dont know about you, but they signed Alonso for 2011 in 2008, and its obvious they wanted to replace kimi. But i heard rumours, much like thats been on italian and spanish website that they were going to get rid of Massa too at the end of THIS year.

Vettel and Kubica are out of contracts this and next year, and why would Kubica only sign a one year contract?

I think the point you are trying to make is that Alonso has a big challenge ahead of him which is arguable.

History proves that he failed to quash Hamilton in his Rookie year and has not progressed in the Renault as many people said he would.

For now his main concern is who will be in the second Ferrari, we all hope he will be joined by a rejuvenated Massa. However should Massa fail the evaluation test, then I wonder who will be his team mate in 2010………..

this is very true and those who are so against this will only find out in 2010. alonso's confidence is at an all time low. he claims piquet and grosjean are great gp2 winners and tries to rubbish hamilton's achievement in leading the team to bring their car from the back of the field right up to the front. shame!

You can change the name but you can't change the reality...

I was accused of bashing Kimi, and come reality, Ferrari have just rejected his services for the same reasons I was accused of bashing Kimi...

As I've always said, I'm not a basher, just a good analyst...

Hamilton is still on the up curve, and the only thing preventing him from having three WDCs already is the FIA corruption...

Schumacher, that is all I have to say, if Alonso couldnt handle Hamilton, I would say it WON'T handle Schumacher at all. For Alonso's chances in surviving at Ferrari, he needs Schumacher gone. I suspect Schumacher was one of the reason's Kimi didnt excel from his 2007 win, but Kimi is one to complain, just looking forward to 2010 or it may get even better in 2011 for a prespective of someone who dislikes Alonso LOL

ROFL I think RE is hoping to compete with the shopping trolley thread and redfrog's funny pics of Racer 111  to get the award for "best original post" of the year.  Well I reckon it wins the comedy award anyway, no-one would take it seriously would they?Smile
