    Norris and his assistants

I think it's a ridiculous story line with Norris first finding Sheila who wouldn't stop talking and now Joan who won't talk at all. Since when was this amusing and realistic. Sopas are meant to mirror real life, not a child's cartoon.

I hope they are goiing to keep Horace in for a few weeks and he hasnt been sacked already, if not the writers have missed a great comedy opportunity.

Please no. I am totally scunnered with the writers attempts at putting strange, unlikely charicatures in the Kabin. This latest is not at all funny or interesting - a waste of time

PMSL they need to keep Horace in Geeked  plus give Graham more storylines as he is the most humorous in the whole programme imo.    Big Smile

    Re: Norris and his assistants

The whole thing is a joke, but an unfunny joke, like an aged aunty might tell!

Why doesn't he just give Kirk the job and be done with it? Failing that why on earth does Tina seem to only work part time? How could she and Jason afford a mortgage with only one and a half wages coming in? In fact, didn't Bill have to put Jason on less hours too?

So there's two easy, less painful, and in the case of Kirk, much more entertaining solutions!

    Re: Norris and his assistants

Kirk will get the job. I think Horace has been sacked already as he hasn't been on lateley. Shelia and Joan were terrible pointless characters. And why doesn't Norris just offer the job to Tina who already works there.

    Re: Norris and his assistants

I think the producers should employ Alan Bennet to write storylines for Norris.

Norris is one character that really makes me laugh, & I'm sure that Mr Bennet would love the opportunity.

Graeme is also developing into a genuinely original character. I would ask the script writers to take care of this character, he has real potential.
