    Re: Sensitive teeth

    still alive:
Hi Matt, you probably won't remember me, but you were the one who tried to get me fit at AXA Centre a couple of years ago - must say, you're looking as good now as you did then! I only stopped going to the gym cos I was too embarrassed to show you what a wimp I was on the treadmill! Was shocked to see you on the telly...
Ah now see that's got me intrigued! ... that must be about 4 years ago ...are you seriously expecting me to work out who you are? ;) And I apologise if the shock of seeing my ugly mug on the TV caused you to spit out your cornflakes!! haha Keep your fingers crossed that the James Bond producers decide to offer me the job ;) ;)

    Re: Sensitive teeth

That's better, finally getting to used to this thing - never was any good with technology!!

Glad you're intrigued, but believe me, you wouldn't remember me - you were always far too busy chatting up the pretty, young, slim things in the gym to even notice that I existed. I think you just about managed to spend 5 minutes showing me how to use the rowing maching, the cross trainer & the treadmill....

James Bond has got nothing on you hun!!

    Re: New sensodyne Ad

    Hi there..

I'm new here hope you dont mind but couldnt help but answer..Like you said in one of your other replies "life is great at the moment" Sometimes life can be hard and for some its harder than for others, I too have been where you are and so understand how raw it can feel especially when its so soon to be confronted with your ex and her current partner. Take each day as it comes and set yourself a positive thing to do each day, all I wanted to do was get under the duvet but I made myself get up and wash and dress, that was the first hurdle, I then took a good look at myself and decided I was going to make some changes, I needed to like myself again. I booked in gym, booked a hairdressing appointment, had a spray tan and brought some new clothes. I then caught up with some old friends that I simply hadnt had the time for when I was in a relationship. 3 years ago I met someone very special, I never ever thought I would feel for anyone again, I am now planning my wedding for next year and life is great!! Give your self a grieving period and then give yourself a good shake and say enough is enough, do things that make you happy.....and why?  ... because you are worth it!!!
