Hi does anyone know what dragon fruit is and where i can find it?
I was reading a free mag from the supermarket and there was an article on how to prepare exotic fruits, dragon fruit was one of them.
It's a bright pink colour and when you cut it open it's white inside with little black flecks (well thats what it looked like in the mag).
I love to try new things like this so if you know anything let me know.

I have seen them in 'T' SuperMarket Elise.

I wont try them then!! Kiwi's dont have much taste either and they have black bits in them!!!

Not too sure if i like the sound of them now, don't really like bland food.

Hi Elise, I tried this fruit at la boqueria in Barcelona-i didn't know what it was at the time-it was in a fruit salad, but it was really tasty.

I've never seen it for sale around NW England-but would love to try it again.

You can buy these in Tesco, and you just cut it open and scoop out the flesh. Really nice with ice cream too

I tried one yesterday.  Tesco were promoting them and had some bits cut up.  It looked like it should taste great - bright red outside with white flesh & black spots.  Disappointingly bland taste though!

I love dragon fruit, its a very refreshing fruit. Tesco do them and also waitrose.
