    Boiled Eggs Question.....?!

Right, for a HARD BOILED EGG where the yellow bit is all cooked properly and not runny at all, how long do you cook it for??

On what setting? Like so it really boils a lot, or so it just bubbles - simmers?

    Boiled Eggs Question.....?!

    Hey, thanks.

I read that it was 6, but I was told 10? Dunno where I got 11 from though? I think I must have been told 10 and added another minute on! Lol, 'cos I wanted to make sure they were hard hard! Lol.

Then I was doing mine for 11 minutes and they were kind of jelly'fied' in the middle, and so I took that bit out! So it was kind of not working! So I did it for 8, and it was much better! :)

When my pan of water is almost boiling I lower the eggs in carefully and then boil for 4 mins - turning down to simmer when it boils.
