Complaints - How Jeremy speaks to people

I think he has to talk to his guests the way he does otherwise it won't sink in!

I think Jeremy kyle is a vile individual who seems to get off shouting at people and constantly reminding his guests, who have the guts to stand up to him that its HIS SHOW. Yeh thats right and without his guests to shout at he wouldnt have a show. Frankly i am sick of watching that collosol ego and really feel sorry for the misguided guests who subject themselves to his shouting them down. This show is just organised bullying and I personally will never ever watch another show. Surely daytime tv can be better than that. Its funny you never see him on any other show talking to his peers about his life maybe he cant take the criticism or maybe he has more to hide than his guests. Life shows us that shouting at people to resolve a problem never works stopping the bullying

I completely agree with you. He thinks that he has proper made it because he's got his own TV show, when to be honest, he clearly doesn't know the first thing about actually helping people with pyschological problems. If I were him I would be ashamed of myself, and would actually consider how to help these people who appear on the show, because frankly he just makes it worse. Congratulations, you've got your own TV show!! Now perhaps learn to have some compassion, and most imporatntly sense?

Re: Complaints - How Jeremy speaks to people

I think Jeremy is great and the programme is really entertaining. He really gets people to talk - even the most stubborn people finally break down and reveal. OK, he may get on his high horse now and then when he wants to speak, but he has to have a modicom of authority, otherwise situations can get out of hand e.g. everyone talking and shouting at each other all at the same time. Jeremy, keep up the good work. I think, though, that there are far too many people on who want DNA tests and this can get very boring after a while.

Re: Complaints - How Jeremy speaks to people

i think the common factor with this type of show is the intellect of the guests, most seem to be on the dole, on drugs or drink, and live on council estates,

ive never known or seen anyone with a good job or well off, shouting the odd's about who was sleeping with who,

i prefer jerry springer, at least he has a light hearted take on things, but there again its the people at the bottom of the social ladder

It's quite alarming to see people of this nature. What has happened to society? I never came across anyone like that when I was young, and I'm only 43!

I can't watch his show. How he thinks he is qualified to give the advice out that he does is beyond me. He is making money out of other people's misery just like all these type of shows.

Re: Complaints - How Jeremy speaks to people

    HI

His programme was going on in the background a few minutes ago. I had to stop what I was doing and go and switch off. I am broad minded, but the content of the discusssion  was quite obscene. Just after breakfast ( or any time) I do not want someone in my house shouting the words "sexual intercourse" and graphic details concerning what had been or not been happenning between some rather obnoxious people.

I'm not sure which was more obscene, the shouting, the content, the motivation behind them or the glee of the ghastly audience. I'm sure Jeremy would perport that he is only giving a large number of people what they want in order to pay his mortgage.I guess  I am old fashioned in feeling that all people with the power of tehemedia at their disposal should show some responsiblity when excercising it.

Re: Complaints - How Jeremy speaks to people

I have to agree and I am pleased to see this thread, because I thought I was the only one who felt like this.

I used to think that JK was actually OK, but over the past year or so, I have really gone off the guy.  He is arrogant and obnoxious, and full of himself.  And he DOES keep saying 'This is MY show! blah blah blah,'  when it's correct that it's the producers' show; NOT HIS. He could easily get fired; he is not invincible!

Also, I think this kind of show is revolting and sickening, and I am ashamed to admit that I used to watch it regularly.  It exploits vulnerable people who are more often than not; the poorly-educated underclasses, living in social housing, who have never worked a day in the lives, and probably never will.

You never see professionals or upper working classes and above on there.  I would not go on a show like this if you paid me.  What kind of person goes on a show like this?!  Airing your dirty laundry on national tv, for all the world to see.  Is it for attention? for publicity? for the money?  What?!  I would NEVER do this!

Like I said; these are the same kind of people you see on JK.  One woman came on the JK show a few months back to accuse her best friend of STEALING from her!  How awful!

Nasty trashy show.  And OMG if I hear him talk about the fact he has three daughters, one more time, I am gonna scream!!!  YEs we GET IT Jeremy!  You have three daughters!  LOTS of people have children; it's not that special or clever to have kids!  And how wonderful for you that they are all so perfect!  Just pray that they stay that way; it would be awful for you to have to climb down off your moral high horse.

I now watch the Matthew Wright Show in Channel 5 (sorry ITV!)  It's SO much better!
