Hamilton. How do I set off, and where's the brake pedal !!!

I am so glad the F1 coverage is going back to the BBC....   The ITV coverage is so biased, it's pathetic...  Hamilton couldn't get off the grid then runs in the back of Alonso....   Who's fault was that....    Well accordong to the ITV commentry team it's Alonso's....   What a load of rubbish !!!   Hamilton was totally at fault...

Applying your logic....   If Hamilton doesn't make mistakes, how come he crashed in practise and was tenth off the grid ?  Mmmm...

Hamilton had a bad start, fair enough! All of them on the grid have done that! Some more than others...

But what Alonso did was pathetic, he saw the opportunity to sabotage a driver who is BETTER than him essentially Smile (my opinion) and went for it!

Personally I'm just gutted Kubica just let the Ferrari's through and didn't fight at all

Last time I checked Alonso weren't Hamilton's BFF..so perhaps Hamilton did that on purpose? This is as good claim as saying that Alonso did that on purpose. Well three hours and I can actually see what happened for first time :)..I was still sleeping when race started [2pm local time]

We have to look at what Alonso did to Hamilton last season, can you blame any one for being suspicious? It is pretty obvious. Alonso, I have to admit, is a good driver, its just disappointing that he has to resort to such acts!

Rubbish. A driver is allowed to slow down in front of another driver to force the chasing car to slow down, so it enables the lead car to get on the power first. Now if Alonso braked that's a differnet story, but to ease of that's completely allowed and Hamilton should have been looking were he was going.

Kimi did the same thing in Brazil last year at the first corner. He braked at the first corner forcing Hamilton to slow down which allowed him to get on the power first.

If you want to see it in action. Watch the ITV coverage under the Video section, in the F1 Worldwide, F1 Insight and watch Martin Brundle in the "Art of Overtaking". It's called "The Hang Out"

What happened last year ain't argument what happened here, 2008 Bahrain. Now there was incident including Alonso and Hamilton; is there any other sign that it was deliberate move from Alonso/Hamilton..or is it like most of people believe: Simple human error by Alonso/Hamilton?  Or was it simple racing incident?

(I (Still) haven't seen what happened)

If you braketest for no obvious reason it's your fault even if that other one weren't focused on you. This applied at Japan last year..don't know about this race.

You are wrong. It's unacceptable to back off under hard acceleration, too dangerous. To ease off around a bend when the driver is balancing the throttle is different, this is a tactic which many drivers use which causes the guy behind to lose time before entering a straight, therefore giving him little chance of getting a good tow, nothing wrong with that. But hard acceleration is a different story.

Do not like Alonso never did....Hamilton had a BAD start but i believe he could have finished at least 4th that way he still would be leading the championship howver now he is 5 points off Kimi...I know its still early days but this race could cost him the championship later on in the seaon. As for Kimi i thought he did really well....still a fan as he drove for Mclaren last year.

    British Fan through and through
