Have you gone upstairs and dropped food just to find out if they look up?! I used to have a lab and if I remember correctly he had to adopt kind of a squating sitting down position to look up! He was daft too..

I've found 3 big(ish) spiders tonight.  I'm sitting here with 3 upturned bowls on the floor, each with it's own leggy resident, waiting for hubby to come home and remove them for me!!

I'm quite brave about most things but leggy spiders are a bit beyond my tolerance level!!

Well I have a squirrel that bugs the living daylights out of me, it bangs on my garden window and harasses me to get it food, it is almost like it wants to come in my house and live it up with moi.

Cheeky little ***, that will teach me to shake the rug out in my garden before I vacuum it up every night.

Never understood the concept of being scared of something no bigger than your thumb nail especially just your standard house spider, if it were a Black Widow or something then yes i would be aprehensive about being in the same town as it let alone room..!!

I hate Bee's and Wasp's i run like a big girl (no offence to the lady's) whenever one comes buzzzzin round me and start doing a mad dance flapping my arms around.....i must admit i do look a bit of a plonker and in my defence about my earlier statement about being scared of small things Wasp's and Bee's can sting you...so there...

If I open the upstairs window and call for them they all look up, if I chuck a cup of water, the GSD and collie run round trying to chase the falling water.  So intelligent enough to locate me when I call, stupid enough to chase water, they chase the nozzle on the garden hose to. Sad bunch, but hey who look who owns them Only time the newfie would move voluntarily would be to get food if I chucked it, don't look for source, just for devouring some goodies

I'm fine with spiders, bees, wasps, mice, rats and the like but if I saw one of those nasty hissy things with no legs and forked tongues that slither along (I can't even write the word) I have major problems.  The only two times in my life when I have managed almost Olympic speed running is when I have come across these creatures!  Lol!
