    Where is Charity?

Cain is back in the dales for Debbie, but where is her mother? I would have thought Charity would have been back (with Noah) to see her daughter. That character seems to have been forgotten about totally by both scriptwriters and the Dingles!

I have forgotten Noah - who's child was he?

Charity's and her husbands - forgotten his name - Chris? He was the one in a wheelchair who killed himself and made it look as if she had done it. Oddly enough, even though the DNA proved it was his child, nothing was inherited - everything went to Zoe, his sister. I would have thought a child would have altered a will, but apparently not.

Depends if Chris changed his will so Charity wouldn't inherit which knowing his character he probably did.  As to the other question as to why Charity hasn't made an appearance to see Debbie, I know Emma Atkins doesn't want to return to the soap (yet), but  yes she could write or phone.

    Re: Where is Charity?

Isn't there a law that forbids a husband/wife totally disinheriting the other and surely the son has some claim.

    Re: Where is Charity?

I don't think Chris had to leave anything to Charity. Noah definitely has a claim but I think Zoe will make sure he's looked after

    Re: Where is Charity?

Wasn't it left to Zoe for the children (including Noah) ? So only Charity was left out.

    Re: Where is Charity?

Just read on MSM today that Charity is to come back into Emmerdale - to the surprise and shock of Debbie and Cain, apparently. Emma Atkins delighted to be playing her again, it says. Love to know how they found out - hope it is true.Yes

Do you think Charity will still fit in?  I suppose bedding the King brothers will be on the cards.

Charity versus Lexi could be interesting, would she be interested in Jimmy I wonder ?

    Re: Where is Charity?

I'd like Charity to walk back into Emmerdale absolutely loaded so she can buy the Wyldes out then she could be queen of the manor as it was intended until Sadie poked her nose in.

How about Charity and Rodney!!  After all she was going to marry Tom King.

    Re: Where is Charity?

Honastly, I don't really feel Charity and Cain having the storylines they used to would work.

I know they used to but the programme is far better without them as they were. Change them, but don't keep them as they were orignally, it was like, dull and dare I say it, sort of 'Family Affair'ish

    God Bless x
