Lewis Hamilton and the bottle....
Why does Lewis insist on doing interviews with that water bottle and a towel around his neck? I know drivers have it tough out there... but Jenson and Sebastian have no problems talking to the press. Is it just nerves? I don't remember Lewis doing that last season. Anyway, congrats to Jenson... finally showing us what he can do under pressure.

Re: Lewis Hamilton and the bottle....
Okay first reply didnt get through! By the way this post is as stupid as hell!!!!!! Could he have a water bottle as anyone in fitness would know the first thing anyone needs to do is replenish ones system, to flush out toxins? Help the muscles to recover? to cool down? to avoid nose bleeds? Headaches? Muscle spasms? and oh yeah a host of other reasons why it is good to drink straight away after a sternuous workout! Could it also been because he has just completed a whole race, isnt on the podium drink champers, and the in the press conference with a lovely cool orange aid infront of him! Maybe just maybe, someone can put a word in for you the next time they bump into Lewis Hamilton after a highly competitive race.....and the word could be, put your anatomy at risk, because some ****head doesnt like to see you drinking after a race LOLOL
Of all the complaints in all of the world, this one has to go down as the worst to date!

Agreed. I have justified criticism of Hamilton on occasions (both from myself and others) as justifiable, but that (the original post) is without question completely ridiculous.

Re: Lewis Hamilton and the bottle....
Awe come on 'anametoremember' this is not a complaint. The boy is embarrassed and is trying to hide behind his bottle and his towel. Don't make it more than it is.

I think the point the original poster was making - is that it just looks 'posie' and is done for effect. as he/she says no one else does it, its just ham .....

Why does Lewis insist on doing interviews whilst having two arms AND two legs? I know drivers have it tough out there... but
Jenson and Sebastian have no problems talking to the press. Is it just
nerves? I don't remember Lewis doing that last season. Anyway, congrats to Jenson... finally showing us what he can do under pressure.

I think the towel and bottle looks says, I have just finished a highly competitive look and I havent won, I wish I were on the podium and maybe sitting in the top 3 conference room right now! What do you think? Maybe he should just let his sweat drip everywhere, get in his eyes and burn them, and shake his bacteria all about???? As a fitness instructor whether I have just finished a class or have completed my own workout out in the gym, the first thing in my hand is a drink of water and a towel around my neck, to catch my sweat which agrressively pours down my head and neck....am I a posers....no....I am someone doing the bleeding innate unconsious obvious after a hard 1-1/2 graft! The man lays low to avoid most media exposer, and he is obligated to talk after the race, for Bernies pockets...and hs bashers still find something to whinge and accuse him of LOLOL Pathetic absolutely pathetic! So tell me what do you think about footballers who strip of their tops (some to swap) throw top over their shoulders, flex bare chested muscles, drink in one hand as they clap to the crowd??? If you havent got a clue in sport and sporting behaviour SHHHHHHHH it

I think he's trying to start a new trend towel and water bottle chic . The more important question is why have Vodafone not plastered their logo all over said towel and water bottle I think the advertising crew have missed a trick there. Vodafone would make Hamilton tatoo their logo on his forehead if they could
