I don't mean to sound nasty either so pleade don't take it that way but why do you want to be even smaller. Size 6 is small anyway.....god i bet there's no fat on you....lucky sod...lol! Don't push your body to a size 4 it's very unhealthy. xxx

I have to agree with both jaileigh and elise. I cannot see why u would want to be any smaller. Can i ask is there a particular reason that you feel the need to become smaller

aww hun we all get them days but trust me at the age of 18 size 6 is a great place to be at:) I'm sure you are lovely the way you are but if you are not happy how about changing your hairstyle or colour trust me this makes a huge difference to your apperiance and it will be alot better than going to a size 4!!
Their are alot of hairdresses that will help you with the style and colour that will suit you!! Please try this before loosing the weight which i dont think you need to loose:)

have you tried going to the doctors and explaining how you feel about yourself???
Why dont you try writing down all the positive thing you feel about yourself?? Being able to figure skate is a good start I cant even stand up in the things:o that is quite a talent you have there!!
Have you told a friend or family member the way you are feeling??

I do think that if u want to keep on ice skating you will need a certain amount of strength and if you go even smaller than a 6 it may affect your ability to skate. Have you spoken to your trainer for her opinion. Im sure she will tell you that your fine

You say you have suffered with anorexia and bulimia in the past, tho u may not be sufferering with that now there is an associated problem called body dysmorphia when you dont see your body as others do.

Holliow please see your gp asap. He/she will understand , they see this kind of problem everyday

Hi hun, i agree you should see your doctor, i think that even if you got down to a 4 you would still not be happy as there might be underlying problems!

If you are a size 6 then there is no way at all that you look fat (and i don't have to see you to tell you that!) i have friends who are size 8's and they are tiny.

For most people a size 4 is totally unnatural and to get to that size you would practically have to starve yourself therefore you would be unhealthy and wouldn't have the energy to skate so you'd probably not do as well with your skating.
I bet you have a really fit body....you must have if you skate it's one of the best forms of excercise to get all toned up.
