I totally agree with what you have said, she should stand up on the show and apologise for her remarks , I think they are more concernd because they see a potential winner of the show and he is not on their team, such a shame when so called stars behave this way.

danyl is way ahead of the rest winner in my eyes louis has twin clowns porn stars and a 3 irls who dont want to be a band not a chance its so obviuos the others are jealous even cheryl had a pop at danyl robbie williams can be cocky and confident look aathim superstar danni should be sacked will young one of the best to comeout of x factor is gay so what its all about theperformance and the voice and danyl has the x factor 

I am like so many others I am reading about....I've registered for the first time JUST to complain about Danni's comments. I could not wait to vote for Danyl. I've loved him from the start, he's a true entertainer and there's one thing for sure.....he's NOT cocky!!!!!!!!!! Well done you Danyl for saying right back at her "I'm not ashamed"!!!!!!!!!!! You go for it. Know the public love you and remember it's not the public who have given you a "cocky" label it's the press and the 3 judges. What matters are  the people who know you and the public who love you and who CANNOT wait to hear what is coming next from you. But do one thing for yourself and all your fans......put up that thick skin and do what you were called to do..........ENTERTAIN!!!!!!!!!!! What a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE woman!!  I never read any forums - never mind write on them but having watched that disgusting, vile, nasty, attention grabbing, vindictive, jealous and narrow minded woman on The X Factor I felt compelled to write my opinion in defence of Danyl!  I couldn't believe it as I watch this so called "professional" woman (along with Cheryl and Louis) verbally abuse this man on live television!!!  My heart went out to him and I just wanted to hug him (I have kids - and I can only imagine how his parents felt watching their child going through this on his own in front of millions of viewers) - these people are vulnerable as they are putting themselves out there (I know it's by choice - but still - it must be scary as hell - hence why I watch it from the safety of my armchair instead of participating - ;o) - lol) - to be so cruel is an abuse of power!!!

I'm disgusted and I hope Danni Minogue is now sitting wherever worrying about the position she has put her own contestants in - as a nation we like to support the (what we perceive as an) underdog (which he's not - the guy is very talented and obviously loves getting out there and going for it) and the public could lash out and jeopodise the position of her contestants (who are very talented too) - who will suffer because of her blatant jealousy (and the other pair of gimps)!!

I also agree with some of the other posts too though - I'm not suggesting a witch hunt against Danni Minogue - hell we all make mistakes - but I do believe she should publicly apologise to him on the show tonight!!!

Rant over - going back to my ironing now - so that I can watch TV tonight and see Danni deliver a heartwarming apology that we'll all be complaining about tomorrow because it was too kiss @$$ - lol!!!

I am appauled! I think that Danni herself should be humiliated on that stage tonight! And make a direct apology to Danyl and the audience. She should of known it was live tv and she just wants to put her catergory further in the competition! Danyl is not over-confident hes amazing! I totally agree with you.I too have registerd in order to make a comment. If there was an issue with what was written in the papers it was up to Simon as Danyl's mentor to bring it to the fore (if he felt it was necessary)  not Danni!

I agree with so many of you out there and registered my complaint with ofcom re Danni Minogue's comments about Danyl. The references to his sexuality where totally out of order spiteful and unwarranted. I urge you all to register your disgust with ofcom too.

She should be made to publcly apologise for her remarks.  She was rude and well out of order, why does his sexual orientation matter?  He put in a first class performance and did not deserve her comments.  I hope that this will not just be brushed under the carpet, it's nothing short of bullying!

Give Danni a break, she did not mean to upset anyone, she had it out before she thought about it!!! We are only human for god sake, the only thing she did wrong was not thinking before she speaks and I think most of us are guilty of that at some point in our lives.

I believe that ITV should sack her, if it had been a racist comment she would have been out of there quicker than anything and if was just as bad and to say something as crass and unthoughtful on national television is a disgrace. If there is no public apology tonight then I will have lost my faith in human nature.

I totally agree that Danni should be sacked.  All week there has been a furore in the press about Anton Du Burke and as far as I am concerned Danni Minogue's comment to Daniel on national television was much worse.  It wasn't said in jest - it was cruel and totally homophobic.  He seems a genuinely nice guy who gave an awesome performance and just because Danni feels threatened by him as a serious contender to win X Factor, she has resorted to dirty tactics which shocked my whole family and she should be made to make a public apology on TV tonight or told to leave the show.

I have never before written regarding anything I have watched on TV but after watching last night's X Factor feel compelled to write. 

All the comments made by  Danni re Danyl's personal life and his performance and the manner in which they were delivered made really uncomfortable viewing.  Comments made by Louis and Cheryl were also misplaced - why were they so humilating?  Other contestants are told with more experience/confidence they can only get better - Danyl was knocked for being too confident - well, he was called "cocky".

I think the very least Danni can do is to apologise on air and Louis and Cheryl should perhaps apologise as well.

How embarrassing for any female performer, specially those not so young, to ask on national TV, what their age is?
