Winning the title on appeal would be shameful, and definitely not a fitting end to a great season. I reckon Hamilton would probably rather wait than win like that...Ron Dennis however will fight this...

Had Raikkonen been under investigation, then perhaps it would make sense, but disqualifying the bmws and williams to hand the title to Hamilton seems a bit stupid.
