I cannot believe that the producers would endanger a baby by, ordering Carla to smoke. That is surely the most insane directive for ITV as well as Carla. 1. Carla's character will certainly not be affected by her not smoking 2 with the amount of people quitting it would be to ITV's advantage to make a story line about it, further  if the baby is born with any problem related to the mother smoking, ITV will be in for a very large law suit.

How can you even think this way??????
