Can anyone remember what happened to Michelle's biological sone Alex? That storyline dragged on, and on, and on...but now she never even mentions him.

Does anyone else findthe Dev/ Tara/ Nina storyline completely implausible? I never thought they'd find worse actors/ characters than Dev, but with Nina and Tara they have. Talk about melodramatic! Dev and Tara had only know each other a few weeks. I don't care about them, or the rediculous Rosie and John kidnap plot. The least dramatic kidnap in history; the worst, least convincing kidnapper, and a victim I'd quite happily never see again! I don't care about Gail, Joe, their kissing makes me feel ill, I don't care about and David and his stupid friend Graeme. Has Kirk got a job yet? If not, why didn't Ashley give him his job back? I just stopped watching until Carla and Hayley came back.

Likewise Steve and Becky. Michelle is a boring, self-centred nag, (they've killed off the wrong Connors)I can believe Steve would want someone who's the opposite (ie fun) but Steve and Becky have no chemistry. Also, if Michelle, Paul, Liam, Liam's cousin and Carla all grew up together in Ireland, how come only the Connor parents have Irish accents?
