I'm a new member to this or any other forum, and if this is how an innocent question is received, I shan't bother again.

If you take a look at the forum these questions go unanswered - so I would ask why join a forum to ask a question that will most likely not solicit a response ? Seems very odd behavior to me.

As suggested before e-mail ITV they are far more likely to be able to help you. And it keeps the forum free for posts that will be responded to.
