David !!!!!! you can't make Lancashire Hotpot using lamb flavoured vege mince lol - it's got to be scragg end or neck of lamb - you do realise if  the border patrol find out you'll never be allowed to cross into  Lancashire ever again.

I make a mean hotpot or so I'm told as I haven't eaten meat since I was 15  - I usually subsitute recepies with a veggie alternative but have never managed to do it sucessfully with Hotpot - you'll have to let me have your recepie
