Now that Renault has also threatend to pull out the FOTA has the upper hand. I believe that Max started something that he can't finish. The only way to end this standoff is for Max to resign so that he can spend more time at this S&M club (BTW, is Mas a spanker or a spankee) and for the FIA to scrap or modify the budged cap rule.

I also believe that if Ferrari will pull out of the sport it could start a chain reaction. It is fair to say that 20-30% of the fans out there are Ferrari supporters (I base that on the amout of red I see in the stands). Ferrari leaving will mean that the F1 attendance will go down, the TV audience will shrink, other teams might loose sponsers because of the shriniking audience.....and so on.

I also believe that the same thing would happen if McLaren would pull out.

Sadl the Chain reaction is already in place if Max will not back down

Red Bull, Toro Rosso, Ferrari, Reanult, Toyota and BMW are expected to formally say something I suspect McLaren will follow

    that will leave us

Force India (Merc Powered and McLaren Technical support)
    Brawn (merc powered)
    Williams (Toyota powered)

WIll they still have engines and support if the others go? I doubt it some how
